Processing Time

• Order processing: Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order (not including shipping time).

• During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, launches), processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical estimates after your order ships:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

• Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout

• Free shipping (if offered): Applies automatically when eligible

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

• If you notice an error, contact us ASAP at support@gym-members-now.com. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Cups & T-Shirts: Packaging and Multiple Shipments

Depending on your order and where items ship from, your cups and t-shirts may:

• ship together, or

• arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you’ll receive tracking details for each package (when available).

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

• Customs processing times can vary and may delay delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we can’t guarantee recovery if it’s lost or stolen. However, we’ll do our best to help.

If your package is delayed or missing:

1. Check your tracking link for updates.

2. Confirm your shipping address.

3. Contact the carrier directly (fastest option).

4. Email us at support@gym-members-now.com with your order number so we can assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@gym-members-now.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• photos of the damaged item(s)

• photos of the packaging

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or other solution.

Changes & Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible.

• If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@gym-members-now.com within 24 hours of placing it.

• If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
