Physical Products (Merchandise)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition received (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).
Refunds (Physical Products)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Digital Products & Services (GymMembersNow Growth Program)
The GymMembersNow Growth Program is a done-for-you marketing and consulting service that includes strategic planning, onboarding, and custom implementation work.
Because of the nature of this service, it is not eligible for the 30-day merchandise return policy.
Cancellation Before Onboarding
If you purchase the GymMembersNow Growth Program and request cancellation before your onboarding call takes place, you may be eligible for a refund provided:

It is submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled onboarding call
Non-Refundable After Onboarding Call
Once your onboarding call has occurred, your purchase becomes non-refundable, as work begins immediately and resources are allocated to your account.
Missed Onboarding Calls
If you miss your scheduled onboarding call, you may reschedule. However, no refunds will be issued once an onboarding call has been scheduled.
Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us directly at support@gym-members-now.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and further action as permitted by law.
